At PromoPro Africa, we aim to get your order to you safely and reliably. We are committed to delivering quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Orders are shipped using courier services appropriate for the delivery destination.

South Africa

Standard Shipping — R60
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping — R120
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days in major centres and eligible areas.

Delivery times may vary for regional, remote or outlying areas, as well as weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International Shipping — R300

International shipping is available to supported destinations, including the United Kingdom, United States and Australia. International delivery times vary by destination, service and customs requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Processing and collection times may vary depending on product availability, weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been handed to the courier.

Remote and Outlying Areas

Some regional or remote destinations may require additional transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Customs and Duties

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, please contact PromoPro Africa so we can assist with the courier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. PromoPro Africa does not currently offer free shipping.
